Colts Steelers Live Game Blog

We'll be here live at 4 pm to talk about the game. I hate the Steelers. It would be oh so nice to win today. Let's try a new tact today. If you choose to participate in the chat, try to limit yourself to comments about the play. If we limit the number of exclamations, the chat may flow better. Thanks.

If you are a regular participant and would like to be pre-approved, email 18to88@gmail.com. We'll give out a very very limited number of panelist invitations. This helps us free up spots during the chat. If you ask for an invite and don't get one, don't be offended; we have a limited number. Just join in like normal, and we'll clear you.

Jags are self destructing

Former Colt Mike Peterson was sent home after interrupting Del Rio while he was yelling at the team for their poor performance. He is sitting today. Del Rio also took away the team’s locker room music and dominoes privileges.

Lions are inside the 5 with a chance to go up 7-3

Is it just me, or is literally every early game with an AFC team going the wrong way for the Colts?

Pats-Bills is probably going the right way. They are both a game ahead of the Colts. The Colts have the tiebreaker over the Pats, but not the Bills. So the Pats winning is probably better for the Colts.

Besides that, yes.

Given that the Colts are vying for position against the second-place teams in the other divisions, wouldn't it be better for Buffalo to win the East, since the Colts hold the tie-breaker over the Pats?

That will be the only division that matters, since the West sucks, and the Colts are on pace to sweep the North.

The Jets are on top of the East right now. I doubt they can hold off the Pats but ideally they would.

Actually, the Patriots are leading the East, by virtue of their earlier win over the Jets.

The two teams play next week, and should the Pats win, they will probably have all but locked up the division - or, at the very least, will be securely in the driver's seat.
