He's the guy who doesn't like walks because too many runners "clog the bases," he hates playing younger players, doesn't realize the value of OBA (hello Tony Womack again on the Reds!), and doesn't believe in pitch counts.<BR/><BR/>Just the kind of manager to ruin a younger team with some good arms (look harder at the Cubs again).
